SMS Terms & Conditions

SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 28, 2026

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging programs operated by Alonso & Alonso Law (“the Firm”) to interact with clients, prospective consumers, and community members. By opting into our mobile text messaging networks, you agree to these clear operational terms.

Express Authorization and Opt-In Mechanics

By checking the un-checked SMS consent boxes on our digital intake forms, submitting your mobile cell number through dedicated text-activation lines, or confirming an SMS invitation prompt, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated mobile text messages (including transactional case updates, scheduling reminders, client engagement alerts, and marketing materials) from the Firm’s short codes or authorized long codes.

Dynamic Costs and Message Frequencies

  • Message and Data Rates: The Firm does not charge users to receive text communications. However, your mobile wireless carrier may apply standard message delivery rates, data usage fees, or specific texting costs based on your independent data subscription framework. You are exclusively responsible for all charges levied by your mobile service provider.
  • Frequency Profiles: Message frequency varies dynamically based on your explicit engagement habits, active case parameters, transactional intake cycles, and legal matter tracking status.

Non-Contingency Clause and Representation Status

Authorizing the receipt of marketing or automated client engagement text messages is absolutely not a condition of purchase, contractual retention, or receipt of professional legal representation from Alonso & Alonso Law. You may freely engage our professional immigration legal services regardless of your text communication choice.

Standard Control Commands: Opt-Out and Technical Help

The Firm operates an automated, keyword-driven cellular compliance tracking system. You retain uninhibited authority to manage your messaging preferences via these standard text inputs:

  • STOP Protocol: Text the command word STOP at any time to any text message received from our system. This command instantly revokes your mobile consent parameters. Our network will dispatch one automated text block confirming your exit, and no further mobile messages will be generated unless you explicitly re-subscribe.
  • HELP Protocol: Text the command word HELP to receive direct system diagnostics, firm identifier details, and technical processing assistance.

Carrier Liability Restrictions

Mobile delivery networks are run by external wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional cellular operators). These entities are distinct corporate systems. Alonso & Alonso Law and the underlying cellular networks explicitly disclaim all liability for delayed text delivery, carrier-level spam blocking, network dropouts, or failure of transmission caused by localized phone configurations or signal loss.

Absolute Data Isolation for Text Consent

We honor the strict isolation of your mobile connectivity. Any mobile phone data, text opt-in parameters, or subscriber verification records compiled for the execution of our SMS programs will absolutely not be shared, rented, or distributed to external marketing aggregators, third-party affiliates, or corporate entities for independent promotional campaigns.

Don’t let fear hold you back.
